This wealth of experience has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the market and an appreciation for customer's needs at every stage of the delivery chain. Having experienced the growth of a successful channel business in a variety of roles including service delivery, support and professional services, William Kirby is responsible for the future direction of the business as part of the senior management team.
